Brenda Kilgallon - Kilgallon Consulting
People have always been Brenda's passion - how they work, why they work and what drives them - and this is what inspired and motivated her to start her own business in 1995.
Before establishing Kilgallon Consulting, Brenda Kilgallon already had a deep perception into people and business. Notching up over 25 years in industry, Brenda has worked in both private and public sectors across a variety of industries, including working in pharmaceutical sales for many years.
Brenda then moved on to higher education where she lectured in marketing and communication - a job she found extremely rewarding but which fed her desire and determination to work in a people-focused environment. She holds an Honours Degree in Business Education, is a qualified NLP Practioner, a certified Cultural Assessment consultant (www.valuescentre.com), qualified coach, has trained in Archetypal Applications (individual and organisation) and is the only Certified Facilitator in Leading at The Speed of Trust in the North East of England (www.coveylink.com).
Brenda Kilgallon writes, researches and develops most of her material and uses it to work with the key people in the business, helping them move themselves and their organisation forward. She is also something of a self-confessed learning junkie and spends much of her free time participating in personal and professional development.
Brenda is a Prince's Trust business mentor, a frequent speaker on enlightened leadership and teaches breathing meditation. She loves being outdoors, preferably walking in Northumberland and Cumbria. She appreciates good company and good conversation - over a good glass of wine!
